The article discusses service perceptions. In the current diversity, it is recommended to take service as a system of services and consider services as a set of actions that satisfy intangible requirements and improve satisfaction of material ones. Service is seen as a service system that leads from survival through growth to development. To fulfil the mission of the service, one must embrace the service philosophy, expose the concept of service and disseminate it as a worldview.
