ԱՄՆ-Իրան հարաբերությունները. Անվտանգային ազդեցություններն առ Հայաստան և անդին

Սույն աշխատանքը ներկայացնում է ԱՄՆ-Իրան հարաբերությունների և առ Հայաստան ու ընդլայն տարածաշրջան դրանց անվտանգային և աշխարհատնտեսական ազդեցությունների համեմատական վերլուծություն: Այն քննության է առնում տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հիմունքներն ու Միացյալ Նահանգների, Իրանի և Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական ու տնտեսական հրամայականները: ԱՄՆ-Իրան հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կարող է հիմնովին փոխակերպել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը։ Խնդիրը հույժ կարևոր է Հայաստանի համար։ Հայսմ՝ աշխատանքը դիտարկում է նաև «Համատեղ համապարփակ գործողությունների ծրագիրը»: Սակայն, ի հեճուկս փոխշահավետ տնտեսական և քաղաքական գործընկերության հիմնավորումներին, Իրանի միջուկային խնդիրը, ինչպես նաև Միացյալ Նահանգների և Իրանի միջև թշնամական հարաբերությունները խորացրել են փոխադարձ անվստահությունը՝ դժվարացնելով հաշտեցման նախաձեռնությունները: Աշխատանքը կիրարկում է անվտանգային ուսումնասիրությունների Կոպենհագենյան դպրոցի տեսության մատերիալիստական և կոնստրուկտիվիստական շրջանակը և, մասնավորապես, տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համալիրների տեսությունը՝ ընդլայնելով աշխարհառազմավարական գաղափարների, քաղաքականությունների և գործընթացների համատեքստային ըմբռնման հնարավորությունները: Ըստ այդմ, Իրանը` իր ահռելի էներգետիկ պաշարներով, արտահանման հսկայական ներուժով և Եվրասիա մայրցամաքում առանցքային աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքով, ունի տարածաշրջանային կայունացուցիչ դառնալու և ավելի ընդլայն տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական ու աշխարհատնտեսական մարտահրավերներն էապես նվազեցնելու ներուժ՝ բացելով բազմաթիվ հնարավորություններ Հայաստանի համար՝ որպես տարանցիկ ճանապարհ դեպի Եվրոպա աշխարհամաս: Ընդսմին, սրան կարող է էապես նպաստել ԱՄՆ-Իրան հնարավոր մերձեցումը: Ուստի, ներկա աշխատանքի համապարփակ հեռանկարը թույլ է տալիս ավելի լավ ըմբռնել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության կառուցվածքը և կայունության հեռանկարները մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքական նախագծերի համատեքստում:
