MANIFESTATION OF INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS OF A CONSTRUCTIVE SPECIALIST IN THE PROCESS OF SOLVING CREATIVE PROBLEMS

This article is devoted to the study of the features of decision-making, thinking, and manifestations of creativity which determine the effectiveness of the creative activity. With the help of literature analysis, we studied various interpretations, approaches to creativity and the individual features which determine creativity. Modern Psychology Scientific Bulletin 2020, N2(7) 51 Besides, we studied the problem-solving process, the individual features which are manifested in the problem-solving process and the main characteristics of creative problems. The study was conducted with two groups of specialists: specialities that require a creative approach and specialities that don’t require a creative approach. The results of the research showed that the manifestation of creativity is related with individual characteristics, in particular: the expression of originality in creative problem solving is conditioned by the idealistic style of thinking and the fluency is conditioned by a low level of procrastination and hypervigilance from the individual decision-making styles.
