Ted Hughes and Tomas Transtromer’s mythmaking process of their poetical perception is revealed through different psychological theories. Various psychological conditions as well as the threat of loss and the fear of the death were gradually becoming the main conceptual axis of their poetry around which the paradox of their conscious and unconscious is observed. Ted Hughes and Tomas Transtromer are realizing their creative potential applying the Abraham Maslow’s self-actualization theory.
